Lost or damaged items

Don’t use anything that doesn’t appear safe. Email help@itsborrowed.com for a replacement

Accidents happen. If you broke an item that you rented, the value of the item or repair will be debited from your account in accordance with It’s Borrowed terms of service. Email help@itsborrowed.com to report the loss.

Accidents happen. If you lost an item that you rented, the value of the item will be debited from your account in accordance with It’s Borrowed terms of service. Email help@itsborrowed.com to report the loss.

We guaranty items against loss or damage. If an item is lost or damaged, the person who rented the item is responsible and funds will be withdrawn from the person who rented the item. If we cannot obtain funds from the renter, It’s Borrowed will pay for repair or replacement of an item up to $500.
